Broomhills Fishery is a tranquil lake located at Mill Lane, Stambridge, Essex. The Essex fishery consists of two lakes over 3 aches of land. The first is a well stocked fresh water lake, boasting carp up to mid 20lbs and catfish up to mid 20lbs, with great fishing all year round and approx 3-4ft in depth with a 5ft deep channel. The second is a beautiful match lake (The Sliver Lake) with a good mix of bream, roach, perch, smaller carp to 4lb, tench to 8lb, chub and barbel, approx 4 feet in depth. Both of the lakes have well built banks, a variety of features to fish towards and a nice range of both open and sheltered swims.
